INDUSTRY: a TS16949 metals-based manufacturing operation
DUTIES: manage and direct a staff of engineers and technicians in a high volumn manufacturing environment.
This includes administering the total quality assurance program covering the planning and reporting of all quality aspects of a product from its design thru its delivery to the end users.
SKILLS: very knowledgeable of TS standards, excellent management skills, strong Lean Manufacturing experience and possess strong quality engineering tools that can be taught to others; previous use of SPC, APQP, PPAP's, root cause analysis and 8D problem-solving techniques
EDUCATION: 4 year degree preferred as are ASQ certifications.
