Position:

• Lean Six Sigma/Organizational Project Director .
• Day Shift.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Engineering, Healthcare or other related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Certification.

Skills:

• Four years of general project management experience.
• Three years of proven success leading large, complex Lean/Six Sigma projects.
• Three years of technical competency in DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out, process management and change management.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and Minitab (or comparable software) for statistical outcomes.
